The Four Sisters Jul 1, 2006

Any series of photos about this station needs to at least contain one shot of the "Four Sisters" as they were locally known — the four exhaust stacks of the generating station. They were perhaps the most recognizable element of the station and given their height of almost 150 meters, they could be seen from miles away. The four stacks were imploded (demolished) June 12th, 2006.
