Exposed Washrooms (Kodak Canada, Building No. 3)

Kodak Canada's manufacturing plant in Toronto (near Black Creek Drive and Eglinton Ave. West) closed in 2005. There were a large number of buildings on site. These included everything from warehouses, offices, manufacturing facilities and even a small consumer photo lab where you could pick up prints.

Demolition began in 2006 and moved quickly. At the time of this photo (late 2006), a few of the large buildings were mostly gone. I probably waited just a little too long before attempting to photograph the site.

Presently, only one building (Building No. 9) remains. Its current state is far worse than what is shown in the previously linked photo. Any hope of re-using it has long since vanished.
