The door to this room was labelled 'Treatment Room'. This is the 'room'. It's a closet. With a window. Facing a brick wall.

Reminds me of that spooky story about the two men in a hospital and the view outside of the brick wall! Darn, wish I could find a link for it.
Great color and lighting in this shot
Claustrophobic..
SM: your reference nagged at me as well, as I have read this story before, but cannot remember where.
A bit of Googling failed to turn up the story I remember -- the man away from the window somehow contributing to the death of the man by the window...not calling for the nurse or hiding pills or something. It seemed in the vein of O'Henry, though perhaps a bit more grim. I found one librarian trying to track down this story as well, apparently with success, at http://72.14.207.104/search?q=cache:b5aZpRn7XVsJ: ...
The posts at this location seem to indicate that many variations on this story have been told, and the story may date back quite some time. I did find a modern (different and much more upbeat) variant at http://www.pluggedout.com/writers/article.php?articleid=246 entitled "The Man by the Window", by Harry Buschman.
