Industrial Landscape

April 1, 2005

Another view of the bleak landscape, but in nicer light. The small concrete building in the foreground just kills me — somebody's made it clear that they're going to demolish it but they never followed through. This tiny structure is left quivering, fighting for stability.

The red tape which stretches through the property indicates the 'Asbestos Hazard Area' — i.e., the entire site. If an open-air area is considered to be an asbestos hazard, doesn't that pose a problem to all places downwind from here?
