Miniature Desert (at The Cabins) Feb 1, 2007

The entire park is a desert climate. Surrounding the cabins is a desert with both small sand dunes and large rock formations. It's hot and harsh.

It's also been the location for a number of movies and TV shows. Airwolf (1980s TV show), Total Recall (the Mars scenes), and Star Trek: Generations all shot scenes in the Valley of Fire park.
