Column Reflections

The ground floor has been stripped bare. There's a bit of a depression to the ground surface and large pools of standing water have accumulated throughout. The ceiling — remarkably — is fully intact.

Plans in the 1990s to renovate the building as a set of condos fell through. If the building's structure was anything comparable to what it was during this visit, it'd be easy to understand why. Some serious renovation work is required if this place is to be reused.
