The Walls Came Tumbling Down...

I returned to my seemingly-favourite current location — the partial demolition of the Loblaws Food Bank building. When I was approaching, visibility was completely obscured by a huge cloud of dust, as they had just finished tearing down another concrete and brick wall. I arrived just in time to get lots of dust in my lungs.

There were a few other people fascinated by the whole process (I wasn't the only strange one) and I liked this photo of the guy staring into the cloud of dust framed by some greenery.

The portion of the building they are demolishing is now completely levelled — it's just a mass of rubble, steel re-bar and bricks. It looks very much like the place has just been bombed...
