This one is a little different than what I've been posting lately and I'm not convinced it works here. As a larger image on a full-screen I find it more successful but in the small web format.. I dunno.
In any event, this is looking through a door, across a hall, through another door towards a window (partially obscured by a doorframe). The verticals and geometry of the sunlight initially caught my eye but the remainder of the image is a little too simple to keep me interested.

Simple at first, yes, but I like the double window shadow and particularly that the texture is flipped from one to the other but what I really like, is the idea of the window and a shadow of a window on the sdame plane, sort of a Picassoesque thing happening.
I am amused by it, but as they say, simple things amuse simple minds :-0
Nice work, as usual.
I like it, it's very clean and geometric, I can imagine that it looks better bigger but don't they all :)
wonderful shot. I like the diagonals of the shadows cutting across the horizontals of the window. I also like the contrast between cool blue of the sky outside and the warmth of the rest of the piece. Very nice composition!!!!!
Grea shot -- nice colors, shapes, and patterns... the blue sky pulls my eye right into the image --- if that's what your desired effect is -- you've achieved it... nice job!
All of what's said above.. but with a cherry on top.
The sharpness of the window is what I love.
Nice play of lights and shadows. And well composed too.
Your title conveys the whole meaning of this image. I like the philosophical suggestion very much. The picture itself perhaps will get stronger in a square format, starting from top left for about 2.5 inches (visually from the screen). More thoughts later on window and shadow.
