Today's image has very little value as a photograph but it's here to celebrate a huge event for Jenn and I — yesterday we bought our first house.
After looking for the past year and losing three previous offers to competitions and bidding wars, we were successful last night. So while this is great, we now have to prepare to enter the world of high debt for the next 20 or 30 years. But I'm happy — really. :) And something great about this particular deal — in under 4 weeks we can move in. Sometimes things happen really fast...

This shot would be even better if maybe more of the site survey could be seen - so that it's clear it's house-related...and maybe a bit of curves work to brighten things up a tad.

Wonderful news! We are eager to see what the property looks like. Sorry we weren't closer to enjoy the "cork experience with you" in celebration of the big event. After 25years in our old home we are finally getting at some hard core decorating. Congrats from the Potter Gang!
